| For over ten years, the Rae and Joseph Gann Beth El Preschool of Newton, located on the premises of Congregation Beth El-Atereth Israel, has provided a warm and nurturing learning environment for toddlers and preschoolers. As more and more young families with small children have joined the Shul, parents are glad to have a program in our own community that instills the beauty and warmth of Yiddishkeit in young children, while also integrating math and science projects, and, of course, creative and happy play time. |
|
We offer two distinct
programs, one for toddlers and one for preschoolers.
Toddler Program: This program is designed for children
1.9-2.9 years of age and runs two, three or five mornings a week,
for children to play and
explore.
Preschool Program: The preschool program is for children 2.9 years of age and older. It has a more academic focus and runs five mornings per week, with an optional extended day enrichment program. Our exceptional teachers, all Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) certified, are dedicated to fostering children’s self-esteem and independence, as well as Jewish identity and pride.
Parents do
not have to be members of the Shul for their children to attend, but
member families receive discounted tuition.
